Not at all! In fact, most of our clients prefer to be out running errands, at work, or enjoying their day while we clean. You can simply leave us a key, a door code, or lockbox instructions. Rest assured, our team is fully vetted, background-checked, and insured, so your home is in completely safe hands. If you do prefer to be home, that’s great too—we just ask that we give each other a little space to safely work!
Yes, we bring everything needed to make your home sparkle! From vacuums and mops to microfiber cloths and cleaning solutions, we come fully prepared. However, if you have a specific, specialty product you prefer we use on a certain surface (like a custom wood floor cleaner), just leave it on the counter and let us know! The only thing we ask to use of yours is your toilet brush—just to keep things as sanitary as possible between homes.
Our pricing isn't one-size-fits-all. It basically comes down to the size of your space, any extra add-ons you want, and just how much "love" (read: grime-busting) the property needs before we get there.
You definitely don’t need to clean—that’s what you’re hiring us for! However, we do highly recommend spending 5 to 10 minutes picking up clutter, toys, clothes, or loose paperwork from the floors and countertops. The less time our team spends sorting through personal clutter, the more time they can spend deeply scrubbing and sanitizing your surfaces!
We absolutely love pets, but for their own safety, we ask that they be kept in a secure room or crate while we work. We don’t want any curious noses or paws accidentally getting into the cleaning supplies. We want to keep your fur babies perfectly safe while we make your home sparkle!
Tipping is never required, but it is always deeply appreciated by our hard-working team! If you feel your cleaners did a phenomenal job and want to show some extra love, you are welcome to leave them a cash tip or add it to your digital payment. A nice google/yelp/facebook review or a note of appreciation on the counter goes a long way, too!
Yes, please! To give you that pristine, top-to-bottom deep clean, the home needs to be completely empty of furniture, trash, and personal belongings before we arrive. Our team is there to scrub and sanitize, so we aren't able to pack up left-behind items or haul away old furniture.
We do our absolute best to keep you paired with the same friendly face(s) for every routine clean! It allows our team to learn your home’s specific quirks and your exact preferences. The only time you’ll see a different face is if your regular cleaner is under the weather, on a well-deserved vacation, or if you request a schedule change. If that happens, we promise our backup pros are just as awesome!
